Remote Assistance for windows desktop

 

**REQUEST REMOTE ASSISTANCE.**

 

Below is a steps to follow to create and send an invitation for support for windows clients (Windows 10, 8, 7 and XP )

Right Click on windows and Click System

Enable “Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer”

Type msra.exe

Click on Invite someone you trust to help you.

copy the password.

Open a email and send save attachment and password

Send Email:

Recipeint will open the attachment.

Walla ! you are connected to User desktop.
